David McMillan has been a loan officer in the Austin market since 1989. During that time, David has funded over half a billion dollars in mortgage loans, helping over 5,000 families.
In 1992 he was promoted to producing branch manager. He has been one of the top producing loan officers in Austin since that time. In 1998 he was the top producer nationwide for Pacific American Mortgage Company and has been a member of the President's Circle every year since 1994. In 2001 his office closed more government loans than any other company in central Texas. David has extensive knowledge of all products from first time homebuyer programs to construction loans.
